1836 Wedding Dress
Off-white silk wedding dress; pattern motif - floral sprigs in damask style; bodice- high waist, wide neckline reinforced width with forlded drape from shoulder/sleeve to center front; 3 rows of satin cords emphasises the painted waist; lace trim; back of bodice has corded detail- as illusion of a seam; full leg-o-mutton sleeves, pleated at the shoulder, pleats caught in honeycomb stitches, forms decorative detail 2 below the seam line; lower edge of the sleeve is knife pleated with folded corded ribbon folded over spaced 2 apart; full pleated skirt with cartridge pleats in center back; bodice lined with linen, small fall at hem.

1830 Man's Vest and Trousers
Off-white cotton vest with brown abstract and floral pattern on fronts, 7 mother-of-pearl buttons with metal centers and shanks; shawl collar, front welt pockets, and two sets of ties in the back; hand stitched; center fronts of vest on bias grain.Hand sewn tan linen pants, 2/1 twill with button fly front; four white glass suspender buttons sewn to top of waistband in front; two top of the waistband in the back; shaped continental pockets front left and right; coin pocket on right side above continental pocket; long rise, five button button-fly closure at center front with additional button on front waistband to secure closure. Pants back have no waistband and rise in a curve above waistline from sides to CB, curving downward to create curved V" opening CB; two crotch gussets left and right back. Trouser legs are straight

1820-1839 Man's Coat
Natural-color cotton tail coat; double breasted with notched lapels. Garment is completely stitched by hand. Fall of collar is four inches wide. Hand stitches evident around back neck of collar at fall (or fold) line and approximately one inch below on stand of collar, possibly to give extra body to collar shape. Collar does not appear to have any interfacing or additional stiffening.
