Lapel collar blazer, 4" point on lapel. buttonhole on left lapel. Center front opening with three white button/buttonhole closure. Patch pockets with 2.75" flaps on left and right fronts at hip level. Welt pocket at left chest. Curved lower front edge. Center back seam with 12" vent at hem. No side seams; side front and side back seam. Inside self-hemmed seam finish. Set in long sleeves; two non-functioning white button trim at 1.5" vent at wrist. Jacket front, upper back, sleeves and inside of back vent lined with white rayon twill lining fabric. Besom pockets at left and right chests in lining.
Men's cotton/poly colorful broadcloth patchwork trousers; multi- pastel colors- yellow, blue, pink, green, white, orange, red. Squares of 4.5" cotton/polyester printed fabric -- 15 - 20 different fabrics -- sewn together to form patchwork fabric. Set on waistband,1.75" wide, with heavy metal hook and eye closure at center front; additional 1.5" tab in lining fabric on right inside below waist which buttons to left side of front. Six self fabric belt loops at waistline. Center front zipper fly, slant side seam pockets, back hip besom pockets with button/buttonhole on left back pocket. Pants completely lined in cream colored polyester/cotton plain weave fabric. Pockets of lining fabric.

Light blue-green bra and shorts bathing suit with yellow and white floral print.
a. Bra top
Bra style top in woven cotton broadcloth with stiff shaped foam bra cups. Fabric for bra cups is gathered into self-fabric bias finish along lower edge of entire bra top. Self fabric bow sewn to center front between bra cups. Self-fabric straps 3/4" wide that go from top of bra cup in front over shoulder to mid back. Straps loop through a bias fabric loop sewn to the bra back. Straps have two buttons and buttonholes to adjust length. Three inch length by 1" wide strip of self-fabric enclosed elastic at center back with two buttons at end that button into two buttonholes on opposite side of center back strap.
b Shorts
Cotton self-fabric short shorts going to top of thigh area (13" side seam) with loose boy short leg opening. No waistband; faced finish at waist with self-fabric bow sewn to shorts at center front waist. Darts, one each left and right side and front and back, for fit; Metal zipper (8.5" zipper) closure at center back with metal hook and eye at center back waistband. Shorts lined with panties in light blue plain weave fabric. Panties have elastic casing at lower opening.

Nylon windbreaker shell probably lined with polyester fiberfill. 2" stand up quilted collar; right side extension tab with one buttonhole; button on left collar. 5" zipper at collar back; single layer nylon hood folds into collar at zipper opening. Hood with two heavy metal snaps at front extension plus casing and drawstring around face opening. Curved and double topstitched seams on front from neckline seam to underarm. Side left and right front seams from curved seam to hem; double topstitched. Center front zipper. Slanted hip level zipper pockets on left and right front with flannel and fiberfill lining. Back with curved seams and vertical topstitched seams to hem similar to those in front. Four half inch wide self fabric belt loops, each stitched to vertical topstitched seams in front and back. Set in long sleeves; dart at elbow; 1.25" wide quilted belts with buckle 2" from sleeve hem. Inside sleeve hem - single layer nylon with two metal snaps and elastic at edge - extends 1" below sleeve hem. Fully line with signature HEAD logo
b Ski pants- stretch gabardine
Faced waistband; one dart on left and right back; one right front dart; slot zipper on left front; extension with one button closure under zipper; Head Logo zipper pull. Waistband facing finished with bound edge. 5" up from pant hem: single layer nylon sewn to pant leg; 5" placket opening, 2 heavy metal snap closure and elastic casing at bottom edge.

Skirt has five 1 5/8 box pleats on front and back opening at hip level.
Jacket long sleeves slightly gathered into buttoned cuff, assymetrical front closure that is angled and three 1 buttons and covered snaps at top and waist. Self fabric covered belt is held in position with thread loops at each side seam *and a thread loop at center front to hold stem of buckle in place.

Carol Sue graduated from Bexley High School and later earned a degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the Ohio State University. She was married to Gordon Zacks, who is the Chairman of the R.G. Barry Corporation. Receipt from time of purchase shows that the jacket cost $228.00.

Courrèges silver metallic polyester padded jacket lined with white polyester fleece.<br />Jacket has a waist length with 2" band at bottom edge; 3" extension at right front band with one snap closure. Jacket side seams open at bottom 4" ; lower edge band separates at side seams with 4" extension on front unit; heavy white male snap on front extension with three metal female snaps on underside to adjust tightness of jacket at lower edge. 2" stand collar, 3" extension on at right front with one snap closure. Long set-in two piece sleeves: 2" cuffs with 2" extension flap and heavy white snap closure. All seams, darts and patch pockets stitched and double topstitched. Two eyelet holes at back lower arm area of bodice. White faux fleece acrylic lining given puffy look to garment; white fleece also pokes out along seams for added interest/design of garment. Heavy white plastic center front separating zipper closure. Patch pockets at left and right front bust area: 6" long x 5" wide; 2" flap on each pocket with two heavy white plastic snaps. Shallow back and front yokes. Courrèges logo in white appliqued on left front above pocket. Center back seam and left and right darts in back. 100% polyester.

Bright pink, purple, lime green, and orange seersucker plaid jacket dress/summer ensemble.
a. Floor length dress on bias with well matched plaid in chevron design at center front, sides and center back. Banded neckline 1.25" wide with darted bodice. Center back zipper extending below waist with two hooks and eyes closures atcenter back neckline band. Fitted bodice lined in lime green taffeta. A-line skirt with center front, back and side seams lined with lime green taffeta.
Thread loops for belt at side waist of dress.
b. Long sleeve Eisenhower style jacket in matching seersucker fabric. Collar, bodice and two-piece sleeves on straight grain; Three inch wide cuffs and two inch wide band along bottom of high hip length jacket on bias. Under collar, front facing of jacket and underside of cuffs of lime green linen. Center front opening with five button closure (wood buttons), one of which is on lower band of jacket. Lime green machine made keyhole buttonholes. Fully lined, including long sleeves, in lime green taffeta.
c. Belt: Two inch wide self-fabric belt with covered buckle.
