Provenance

This dress belonged to Carol Sue Zacks. Carol Sue was born on 5/20/1936. Her father was a partner in her grandfather's milk company. Her grandfather, Louis Henry Pailet, emigrated from Russia and began a dairy farm. Carol Sue graduated from Bexley High School and later earned a degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the Ohio State University. She was married to Gordon Zacks, who is the Chairman of the R.G. Barry Corporation.
