Mainbocher blue (dark) silk faille short dress with wrap around skirt and belt; bodice fitted with midriff yoke, darts, round neck, short set-in sleeves, center front of skirt is cut straight with two small pleats at the waist, long side metal zipper, back of bodice has no darts, back of skirt cut on the bias with two shallow box pleats, pleated down to the hem, grosgrain ribbon attached inside at waist; self -belt; wrap around style skirt pleated in front, open in center back, belt-bow.
