Description

Short capelet of black wool felt. 4.5" wide collar with 2" notch at center back. Narrow black satin ribbon and narrow braid in zig-zag pattern on collar and body of capelet. 5" wide bias cut ruffle on bottom edge. Fastens at neckline with placket and 4 hooks and eyes. Lined in black silk satin.
