Christian Dior-New York black silk shantung dress with round leather self belt; jewel neckline; sleeveless; pleats at bodice area for fullness; front- wide waist band 4; skirt- tabbard style (front and back panels open at side seams), underneath = straight skirt; inside: built-in black silk satin bodice with black silk shantung straight skirt attached, this inner piece closed with metal zipper; back bodice and tabbard skirt panel- closure: 5 very large round black buttons and bound buttonholes; small string belt loops for leather self belt.
