Domestic Science and Human Nutrition

The Ohio State Human Nutrition program currently offers four Bachelor's degrees, two Master's degrees and one PhD. Nutrition was originally integrated as part of the Domestic Science and later Home Economics program. Included in the exhibition were two lab dresses, which were worn to nutrition classes. The dress on view on the left was worn by Dr. Eloise Green, an instructor in Foods/Nutrition lab classes from 1950-1965. The lab dress on the right was worn by Eileen Karg Wagner, who received her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics Education in 1966.

Included below, is a gallery of images from OSU archives which depict Human Nutrition courses over the last 150 years.
