Description

Wrap coat of black silk panne velvet. Very wide stole type collar of white ermine faced with black satin, asymmetrically placed. Long set in sleeves. Lined in off white silk panne velvet.

This coat belonged to Agnes Jeffrey Shedd. Agnes was born in 1875 and is most remembered for being one of the founding members of The Players Theater of Columbus in 1923.
