Cinnamon color panne velvet long coat with shirred collar, ruffled sleeves, and a curved ruffle in the back; lined with red silk satin.

Provenance
This coat belonged to Katherine Clayland Hoge, born in Ohio in 1872. She wore this coat while living in Martins Ferry, Ohio with her husband, Ernest Hoge. Ernest was a pharmacist who began operating his first pharmacy in Martins Ferry in 1892 and later expanded to several locations under the Hoge-Davis Co.
