1870's Wool Interior Gown

Description

Black wool floral printed bustle gown. Black ground roller printed in a motif of floral sprays, neckline, front and cuffs trimmed with brown pleated wool; wooden buttons covered in same plain brown wool fabric; button closure all the way down front of dress; bodice lined in cotton; fitted bodice with long narrow sleeves; a peplum in the back and a tiered skirt effect in the front; patch pocket trimmed with pleated fabric on right side of skirt.
